this body is relearning itself

"this body is relearning itself" is a hypertext poetry anthology about hormones and healing.

I've been on hormone replacement therapy for gender dysphoria since October 10th. Four months in, I've only barely started, but I'm already feeling overwhelmed by how far it's taken me, and how fast. All of the euphoria and mourning is so interlinked that it felt simpler to communicate it as a non-prose tangle than to try to explain it to anyone.

I don't know if these are particularly good poems, but I cried a lot of useful tears while writing them. They ultimately come from a very hopeful, grateful place, but I do feel the need to stick a mild content warning on them for gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, disordered eating and suicidal ideation.

This anthology is free, but I've left donations open in case some generous soul decides I deserve to live in slightly less financial precarity.
